  • Single item under $15.00: $5.00 standard delivery
  • Express Postage: $7.00 (all quantities)

Express Postage upgrade - Allow 2 to 4 Business Days once posted for $7.50 and $9.50 (Max of 5 Business Days)

⚠️ Important – Australia Post Delivery Requirements (Effective 4 August 2026)

From 4 August 2026, Australia Post requires an accurate recipient email address or Australian mobile number for every parcel. This ensures your parcel is correctly linked to you and that you receive delivery notifications — including for parcels redirected to a Parcel Locker or your local Post Office for secure collection when a street address delivery cannot be completed.

Please ensure your contact details are correct at checkout.

⚠️ Uncollected & Returned Parcels: Australia Post will return any parcels that are not collected from a Parcel Locker or Post Office. If your parcel is returned to us for any of the following reasons, you will be charged both the original postage cost and the return postage cost before your order can be reshipped:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Failed delivery attempt
  • Parcel not collected from a Parcel Locker
  • Parcel not collected from your local Post Office

International Orders to the USA, New Zealand, Canada and The UK

Orders posted outside of Australia you will be responsible for any import costs to the shipping carrier, including duties, import taxes, or brokerage / disbursement fees upon delivery. Contact your local government departments for further information. No refunds or returns on international orders will be accepted for any customs bills not paid.

  • Import Costs: When goods are shipped internationally, they may be subject to import duties (customs tariffs), taxes (like GST or VAT), and brokerage/disbursement fees charged by customs and the shipping company.

 

  • Responsibility: The recipient of the order is responsible for these import costs.

 

  • No Refunds: The seller is not responsible for import fees and will not offer refunds or returns if the recipient refuses to pay them.
