The Renmy Store Returns Policy's 

Unfortunately we have had to put the following return policy in place to protect our small business. 

Please note we have a no return policy. Should you decide you don't like the item or it's not what you thought it was going to be. We're happy to offer a full refund however you must pay the return postage costs, once the item is received back in original condition your refund will be issued. If the item is returned and we find a manufacturer fault we will happily refund your return postage costs. All Returns must be lodged with us within 3 days of receiving your item. 

The pictures are also part of the description so please examine them. If you are need more detailed information message us before purchase.  

All items are careful packed using Aust Post guidelines. Our Free Postage does not include insurance. In the unlikely event your item is damaged by Aust Post we do not offer refunds on any damages caused by Aust Post. We suggest contacting us for an additional insurance quote if you want your item insured against damages.
