About Our Corflute Material
Our signs are printed on 5mm corflute board — a twin-wall corrugated plastic sheet that is lightweight, rigid, and built to handle the Aussie outdoors. Known by various names including coroplast, corrugated plastic, flute board, signflute, and Correx, this material is the industry standard for affordable, durable outdoor signage. It is recyclable — check with your local council for accepted plastics recycling options when your sign has served its purpose.

How to Order
Select your size — and if you'd like them, add the Stainless Steel Eyelets option to your cart and note the exact eyelet positions in the order notes or send us a message. Once confirmed, simply send your artwork, images, or logo through to us via text message or email — whichever is easiest for you. Don't stress if you haven't sent your files yet — we'll get in touch with you after your order to collect everything we need.
Mick will then prepare your design and send you a computer proof for approval before anything goes to print. You can request changes after the first proof — however, please be aware that additional rounds of changes beyond the first may incur extra charges depending on the complexity and time involved.
💡 A Note on Changes & Turnaround Times
We want to get your sign to you as quickly as possible! Please keep in mind that each round of changes adds time to your order. To keep things moving smoothly:
- Try to consolidate all your changes into one round where possible
- The more changes requested after the first proof, the longer your turnaround will be
- Additional change rounds beyond the first may incur a small additional charge depending on complexity
- We'll always let you know if extra charges apply before proceeding — no surprises!
⚠️ A Note About AI-Generated Images & Artwork Files
We understand many customers now use AI tools to create logo concepts and design ideas — and while these can be a great starting point, AI-generated images don't always work for print. They are often low resolution, contain distorted text, or lack the technical file specifications required for high-quality sign production.
If you supply an AI-generated image or logo, Mick may need to professionally redraw or recreate the artwork to ensure it meets print-quality standards. In these cases, a graphic design fee may apply depending on the complexity of the work required. We will always advise you of any additional design charges before proceeding.
For best results, please supply high resolution, quality files. Ideal formats include vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg) or high-resolution .pdf or .png files. Not sure what you have? Just send it through and Mick will assess it for you — no problem at all!
