At checkout, add your custom wording in the Order Notes section. Alternatively, message us after purchasing. If we don't receive instructions, we'll contact you before starting.

Tell us exactly how you want your text to appear - including capital letters, punctuation, spacing, and line breaks.
- Examples: "WELCOME TO OUR HOME" or "Est. 2024"
- Be specific! The clearer your instructions, the better your result.
🎨 Fonts & Images:
Yes! We can change fonts or add simple images. Choose from our range or describe the style you're after when ordering.
❌ Deletions & Changes:
Let us know if you'd like any text or design elements removed or modified from the original.
⏱️ Production & Delivery:
- Manufacturing: 1-3 business days
- Posting: Monday to Friday
- Delivery: Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days
- Express Post available for faster delivery
👀 Previews:
We don't offer previews for simple text changes. For complex designs, we can provide one computer image for your approval - just request this when ordering. Note: Complex design changes may incur graphic art charges for more than one change after proof is given.

Specify drilling locations - e.g., "top corners," "center top," or exact measurements.
🎁 Gift Messages:
Include any gift message and where you'd like it placed.
