📏 Important — How to Choose the Correct Size

For rectangle and custom-shaped stickers, choose the size based on the longest or largest measurement, not the shortest side. The size selected must be at least as large as the longest measurement of your requested sticker.

• 50 x 50mm square → select 50mm / 5cm
• 50 x 75mm rectangle → select 75mm / 7.5cm
• 75 x 100mm rectangle → select 100mm / 10cm
• 100 x 150mm rectangle → select 150mm / 15cm

For custom kerf-cut or die-cut stickers, choose the “Up to” size that covers the largest measurement. If your required size falls between the available options, or you are unsure which size to select, please contact us before ordering.

After placing your order, please send us your artwork and instructions. Include your order number, baby’s name, event type, date, wording, colours, theme and finished artwork. Send files through our contact page or reply to your order confirmation. If you miss this step, no problem — we will contact you before production to request your artwork and instructions.

• Supply artwork as PDF, AI, EPS or high-resolution PNG at 300dpi where possible.
• Vector artwork is preferred for sharp printing and clean die cutting.
• Fonts should be outlined or embedded, and CMYK colour mode is preferred.

If you require a proof, please advise us when ordering. We will send you one computer-generated design proof for approval before printing. Please check all names, spelling, dates, colours, sizing and layout carefully before approving.

The listed price includes printing from print-ready artwork or a simple sticker layout using your wording, name, date, theme or basic design. Full custom design work, complex artwork, redraws, detailed illustrations, character artwork or multiple design changes may require an additional design fee. 🧽 Simple Application Instructions

1. Clean the surface: Remove dust, oil and residue with a mild cleaner or isopropyl alcohol. Allow the surface to dry completely.
2. Check placement: Confirm the wording, name, date, size and position before removing the backing. Do not apply to wet, greasy, rough, dusty or peeling surfaces.
3. Apply slowly: Peel back a small section, align the sticker and smooth it down gradually from one edge.
4. Press firmly: Use a squeegee, card or clean cloth to smooth from the centre outwards and reduce air bubbles.
5. Allow it to bond: Keep the sticker dry and undisturbed while the adhesive sets.

We are not responsible for stickers damaged during or after incorrect application, including creasing, tearing, stretching, bubbling, lifting, peeling, poor adhesion or damage caused by repositioning, removal, unsuitable surfaces, moisture, heat, cleaning products or mishandling. Stickers are single-use adhesive products and may not be reusable once applied.

Because these stickers are made to your specifications, custom baby shower, christening and personalised orders are not eligible for returns or refunds due to change of mind, incorrect artwork or customer-supplied details, or the wrong size, shape or quantity being selected. Please check all names, spelling, dates, colours, sizing and placement carefully before ordering. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
