Custom Round Coastal Beach Boat Sign | Personalised Painted Timber Sign | Aussie Made
Bring a little seaside character to your space with a personalised round painted timber sign, handcrafted in Australia by Mick. Welcome guests to your beach house, name your boat house or add a personal touch to a coastal holiday retreat with raised lettering and colours chosen to suit your décor.
Each hardwood plywood sign is painted in one solid background colour with a natural, non-gloss timber finish. Subtle timber texture and handmade variations remain part of its character. A raised circular border painted to match the background frames the design, with visibly raised lettering arranged on straight horizontal lines, not curved around the circle.
📐 Round Sizes
- 30 × 30cm — 30cm diameter (11.81 inches)
- 40 × 40cm — 40cm diameter (15.75 inches)
- 50 × 50cm — 50cm diameter (19.69 inches)
- 60 × 60cm — 60cm diameter (23.62 inches)
Each size describes the circle's overall width and height. Single- and double-sided options are available. Contact us to discuss other sizes.
📝 Personalisation — Your Coastal Escape, Your Wording
Advise your house name or wording, preferred font, letter colour and background colour when ordering, or message us after purchasing. Keep wording concise for a clear, balanced round layout. Let us know which of the coastal silhouettes below you would like, or choose a text-only design. Contact us before ordering for a different shape or custom design request.
🔡 Fonts & Raised Letter Colours
Choose from the pictured font examples: Sans-serif, Impact, St Charles, Bakoda, Always in My Heart, Marker Felt, Bernard MT Condensed and Sign Painter. Contact us before purchasing if you need a font not pictured.
- White Gloss Acrylic lettering — crisp contrast on darker backgrounds
- Black Gloss Acrylic lettering — bold contrast on lighter backgrounds
- Gold Satin lettering — warm metallic-looking detail
- Silver Satin lettering — classic metallic-looking detail
Gloss refers to the acrylic lettering, not the painted timber background. Contact us to discuss other letter colours.
🎨 Solid Painted Background Colours
Choose black, white or a custom Dulux colour to complement your coastal décor. Send your preferred Dulux colour name or code before ordering so we can confirm availability. The background and raised circular border share the same solid colour and natural painted timber finish, not gloss.
White, muted sea green, dusty blue and deep navy are coastal styling ideas. Mockup colours are illustrative, not exact Dulux matches. Actual colour appearance varies with screens and lighting.
⚓ Raised Coastal Silhouette Options
Personalise your sign with one of our coastal shapes, using the supplied silhouette outlines as raised decorative elements rather than detailed printed illustrations:
- Sea turtle — a relaxed coastal favourite
- Seahorse — ideal for a seaside retreat
- Palm tree — tropical beach-house style
- Tropical beach scene — palm trees, a lounge chair and umbrella
- Anchor — classic nautical and boat-house décor
- Mermaid — a whimsical coastal touch
- Whale — ocean-inspired holiday-home décor
- Crab — playful beach-shack styling
- Dolphin — a welcoming coastal theme
- Shark — a bold beach or boating-inspired choice
The shapes retain their recognisable outlines and existing cut-outs, without added eyes, scales, gills or other illustrated details. Pair your chosen motif with your preferred wording and colours, or keep your sign text-only. Mockups show design inspiration; please specify your preferred silhouette when ordering.

🏖️ Perfect For
Beach houses, seaside cottages, boat houses, coastal holiday rentals, Airbnb entrances, nautical-themed rooms, poolside entertaining areas and coastal home décor. A personalised sign also makes a thoughtful housewarming, holiday-home or boating-enthusiast gift.
🛠️ Mounting & Display
Sign only — no wall mounts, brackets or mounting hardware are included. Coastal lifestyle images are styling examples showing possible ways to display your sign. Any wall mounts, brackets, fittings, furniture, boats or accessories shown are not part of your purchase.
Plan mounting to suit the sign size, surface and location. Contact us before ordering to discuss your mounting requirements. Boat-house styling is a décor example, not a claim of suitability for use as vessel identification or permanent marine fittings.
⚠️ Handmade & Made to Order
Please allow 4–7 business days production time. Mick handcrafts and paints each sign, allowing drying time before packaging and dispatch.
These signs are handmade, not machine-perfect. Natural timber texture, slight imperfections and colour variations may occur. No Returns on Custom Signs — this is a personalised, made-to-order product.
Round mockups illustrate possible layouts, wording and colours. Rectangular reference photos demonstrate material and lettering examples; this listing is for a round sign.
